In July 2025 Panattoni secured planning consent at appeal to build new employment units on land east of Hoad Way, Theale.

 

The site is located at the eastern end of the village, bounded to the north by the High Street, to the south by Bath Road, to the east by the M4 and to the west by Hoad Way.
